Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and provide accurate information.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access.
Description of Service
Mbason AI offers career tools including job listings, resume and cover letter generation, interview preparation, and job alerts. Job listings are aggregated from company career pages and third-party APIs. Mbason AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing and is not responsible for changes made by external sources.
Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription (Silver or Gold). Payments are processed by Stripe and not billed on a recurring basis.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime, takes effect at the end of the billing period.

MBASON AI-Generated Content
MBASON AI-generated content (resumes, cover letters, feedback) is a tool to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and using the content appropriately.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant MBASON AI a license to store, process, and use it solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have rights to all uploaded content.
Prohibited Conduct
Use the Service unlawfully or post false information
Access other users' accounts without authorization
Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service
Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy our code or data
Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
Impersonate any person or entity
Job Listings Disclaimer
Job listings are sourced from APIs, career pages, or employer submissions. We do not endorse employers or guarantee listing accuracy. Applications are at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
MBASON AI owns the platform, design, code, and branding. You may not use our intellectual property without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MBASON AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, security, or accuracy of listings or AI-generated content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or at our discretion. You can delete your account at any time via settings or by contacting support.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updates.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
