Welcome to MBASON AI. By using our website (mbason-ai.com) or the MBASON AI application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access.
Mbason AI offers career tools including job listings, resume and cover letter generation, application tracking, a live interview copilot, and job alerts. Job listings are aggregated from company career pages and third-party APIs. Mbason AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing and is not responsible for changes made by external sources.
Certain features require a paid subscription (such as Gold). Payments are processed by Stripe on the website, or by Apple or Google for purchases made in the mobile apps. All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending on your plan) until you cancel. Promotional passes, such as the Gold Intro Offer, automatically continue as a standard Gold Monthly subscription at the regular price unless canceled before the pass period ends. The price and renewal date are shown at checkout and in Settings.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime in Settings (or your App Store / Google Play subscriptions for mobile purchases). Takes effect at the end of the billing period; you keep access until then.
Refunds
Handled case-by-case. Contact support@mbason-ai.com. Purchases made through Apple or Google follow their store refund process.
MBASON AI-generated content (resumes, cover letters, feedback) is a tool to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and using the content appropriately.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant MBASON AI a license to store, process, and use it solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have rights to all uploaded content.
Use the Service unlawfully or post false information
Access other users' accounts without authorization
Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service
Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy our code or data
Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
Impersonate any person or entity
Job listings are sourced from APIs, career pages, or employer submissions. We do not endorse employers or guarantee listing accuracy. Applications are at your own risk.
MBASON AI owns the platform, design, code, and branding. You may not use our intellectual property without written consent.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MBASON AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, security, or accuracy of listings or AI-generated content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or at our discretion. You can delete your account at any time via settings or by contacting support.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updates.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
