Resume wording
Knowing something is the floor, not the achievement. "Knowledgeable about X" invites the obvious follow-up, "and what did you do with it?", which the bullet should have answered already.
These are not interchangeable. Picking the wrong one is how a bullet ends up claiming something you did not do, so the second column matters more than the first.
Before
Knowledgeable about GDPR compliance.
After
Led the GDPR review of 14 data flows, closing 3 findings ahead of the audit deadline.
The verb is the smaller half of that change. What actually makes the second version work is the number, and no synonym can supply one for you.
Keep it in a recommendation or a peer review, where a third party asserting your knowledge does carry weight. It is weak only in your own voice.
Rewriting one bullet is easy. Rewriting forty against a specific job posting is the part people give up on. Tailor CV rewrites your resume against the posting you are actually applying to, and you edit what it gives back.
