Resume wording
Nobody writes that they are difficult to work with, so "team player" carries zero signal. Worse, it is often used in place of a collaboration achievement that would have been genuinely differentiating.
These are not interchangeable. Picking the wrong one is how a bullet ends up claiming something you did not do, so the second column matters more than the first.
Before
Team player who works well with others.
After
Partnered with Design and Support to cut the refund flow from 6 steps to 2, reducing related tickets 35%.
The verb is the smaller half of that change. What actually makes the second version work is the number, and no synonym can supply one for you.
Do not keep it. Every use of this phrase can be replaced by naming who you worked with and what came out of it.
Rewriting one bullet is easy. Rewriting forty against a specific job posting is the part people give up on. Tailor CV rewrites your resume against the posting you are actually applying to, and you edit what it gives back.
